– L33 was selected from a combination of TQ12X/1007.1.3.

– The variety was introduced into production according to the Document No. 360/VCLT-KH dated December 8, 2021 of the Field Crops Research Institute, notice of receipt of the Department of Crop Production No. 450/TB-TT-CLT May 19, 2022.

  1. Agronomic characteristics

– Growth duration (115 – 125 days in spring season), 100-pod weight (170.8g), 100-seed weight (65.6 g), percentage of seeds per pod (73.8%), yield (4.86 – 5.45 tons/ha in spring season), high ratio of 2 seeds/pod, short maturity stage.

– Drought tolerance; light susceptible to rust, black spot, brown spot, bacterial wilt.
