– DT33 was selected from a combination of 20.06/12.1

– The variety was introduced into production according to the Document No. 35/VCLT-KH dated March 15, 2023 of the Field Crops Research Institute.

– Authors: Le Thi Thoa, Vu Kim Dung, Tran Thi Truong, Tran Tuan Anh, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy et al.

  1. Agronomic characteristics

– Growth duration (96-103 days), plant height (43.4 – 59.6 cm), 3-4 primary stems/plant, 1000-seed weight (215 – 225 g), yield (1.8-3.0 tons/ha), high protein content (41.5%), lipid content (17.1%). The variety can be grown in three growing seasons per year: spring, summer-autumn, winter season.

– Light susceptible to rust (score 2/5), downy mildew (score 2/5), resistance to powdery mildew (score 1/5), brown spot (score 1/5), good lodging resistance.
