The Division focuses on doing research on applied biotechnology in breeding and selecting target field crops

Tasks

• Researching on applied biotechnology in field crops breeding and selection
• Implementing applied biotechnology achievements in breeding and maintaining main crops
• Researching and promoting cyto-technologies for crops in the target areas
• Studying and promote genetic-engineering based on DNA recombinant technology for main crops in the target areas
• Consulting, training, transferring and foster cooperation mentioning research and development on crop breeding and genetics under both international and regional levels
